Using Color Schemer is easy...

Click any small colored square on the lower left. That color will open in a larger square.
The complementary color schemes will show up to the right.
The hex code and RGB values are given underneath each one, just jot them down.
You can also type in the RGB colors into the input fields on the upper left of the color schemer.
